The sauces of MasterMix are cooked sauces. These sauces can be eaten as a side dish or used as a marinade. But can also be used as a glaze. Various flavour directions are possible, tailor made from 350 kg.
Master Sauce Yakitori
A sweet smoky sauce with fresh notes of ginger and a spicy character thanks to the horseradish.
Master Sauce Five Spices
A red sauce with typical five-spice spices. The sauce has a slightly smoky flavor.

Master Sauce Tom Yang
Spicy Thai sauce with Kaffir Lime, chili pepper, ginger and various spices.
Master Sauce Hawaï
Fresh sweet sauce with notes of pineapple, lemon and apple, various spices (ginger, pepper) and vegetables (garlic and onion).
Master Sauce Chili Coconut
Light yellow orange sauce with hints of red pepper, mild sauce with creamy coconut flavor and various spices (curry blend).

Master Sauce Classic American BBQ
A dark, viscous brown sauce made from tomatoes, sugar, molasses and various herbs and spices. Plus a touch smokey.
Master Sauce Sweet American BBQ
A BBQ sauce with a delicious sweet taste. This sauce is made from tomatoes,
brown sugar, cider, vinegar and herbs and spices.
Master Sauce Baharat
Characteristic of this tomato sauce are the spices cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, coriander and cloves.

Master Sauce El Pastor
A South American red sauce that includes chili, tomato, garlic and onion.
Master Sauce Garlic Honey Sriracha
Red pepper-based sauce combined with fresh garlic and sweet notes of honey.

Master Sauce Asado
This Master Sauce was developed with an onion and hop extract. A special American sauce.
